Refund Policy

Due to the nature of ready-made clothing and limited stock quantities, 
all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Colour variation

  • Style expectations

Faulty Items

In accordance with UK consumer law, refunds are offered only if an item is confirmed to be faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the fault

Once assessed and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Normal variations in fabric, embroidery, or colour tone are not considered faults.
